This Privacy Policy describes how the Epiqlo mobile application (the “App”) handles information. The App is a bring-your-own (BYO) media player. It does not operate an IPTV service, does not sell subscriptions, and does not provide television channels, movies, series, or other audiovisual content.
References to “we,” “us,” or “the Developer” mean the publisher of the App. References to “you” mean the person who installs or uses the App.
You alone configure playlist URLs, portal addresses, MAC addresses, usernames, passwords, and similar credentials for third-party sources you choose (for example M3U playlists, Xtream Codes–compatible panels, or Stalker/Ministra portals). The App connects only to endpoints you supply (or that those endpoints redirect to) in order to list and play media. We do not host, proxy, cache, or redistribute your streams on our servers.
The App is designed to be local-first. Typical data kept on your device may include:
This information remains on your device unless you back it up, copy it, or otherwise transfer it yourself through your own tools or cloud backup features provided by your operating system or device vendor.
The App does not require you to create an account with us. In its standard configuration, the Developer does not operate a backend that receives your playlists, credentials, watch history, or stream URLs.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use the App to serve third-party advertising networks based on your viewing history.
When you use the App, your device will communicate directly with the servers and content delivery networks belonging to the sources you configured (and any hosts those services use). Those third parties have their own privacy practices. We do not control what they log (for example IP address, device identifiers, MAC address, User-Agent, or playback requests).
Your mobile or internet provider may also see network traffic metadata as with any other streaming application.
If you download the APK from epiqlo.app, the web host may log standard web server request data (such as IP address and user agent) for security and operations. That is separate from the App’s local storage.
Depending on platform and features, the App may need network access to reach your sources, storage access to maintain its local database, and related media playback permissions. Permissions are requested only as needed for the App’s player and library features.
The App incorporates third-party libraries (for example media playback engines and platform plugins). Those components may process data on your device as needed to render video/audio or store settings. Their behavior is governed by their respective licenses and documentation.
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). Do not provide personal information of children through the App. You are responsible for any parental-control or PIN features you enable against content from your own sources.
Because data is stored locally, retention is controlled by you. You may remove individual sources, clear app data, uninstall the App, or use your device settings to delete the App’s storage. Uninstalling typically removes local catalogs and credentials stored by the App, subject to your device’s backup behavior.
You are responsible for using the App in compliance with the privacy and data-protection laws that apply to you. If you configure sources in other countries, your data may be transmitted to those jurisdictions under the terms of those third parties—not under a service operated by us.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” above will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Material changes may also be highlighted in an app update description where practical.
For privacy questions about the App itself (not about a third-party IPTV or playlist provider), contact the Developer at support@epiqlo.app or visit epiqlo.app.
